DNA's business mobile subscriptions include standard domestic calling rates and unlimited data in Finland, the Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark) and the Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia). You can choose the speed of your connection to suit your needs. The monthly price also includes a fixed EU data package, which allows you to surf without worrying about extra charges in EU and EAA countries. 

You can easily manage your company’s Business mobile subscriptions via YritysDNA self-service or the Corporate Customer Service. You can add a wide range of additional services to your mobile subscriptions and connect them to your company’s other DNA Business services. For example, DNA Business Reports provide a complete view of how your company uses its DNA mobile subscriptions and what the invoices and costs are consisted of.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a 5G connection for a 5G phone? Does the 5G connection also work in the 4G network?

You need a 5G connection for a 5G phone if you want to use 5G speed. If you have a 5G phone and a 4G connection or vice versa, your device is connected to a 4G network. In this case, you won't get the most out of the speed made possible by 5G.

5G subscriptions also work in the 4G network. When you arrive outside the 5G area, you have a 4G network. DNA's 5G mobile network already covers 77% and 4G mobile network 99% of Finns.

How do I order a business phone subscription?

New customer: fill out the order form on the page of the subscription you want or leave a contact request through this page, and we will try to get in touch with you within one business day. You can also call our sales service, which is available on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00 at 0800 30 20 30.

DNA's current business customer: you can order subscriptions and other services most conveniently from YritysDNA self-service. If you don't have credentials, you can order them here.

If necessary, you can also fill out the order form on the subscription page, leave a contact request, or call customer service in the case of a small number of subscriptions or the sales service if you want to order a large number of subscriptions at once.

How can I use my subscription abroad?

In EU and EEA countries, you use DNA Business Unlimited subscriptions without additional costs. Calls and text messages cost the same as at home, when the use is reasonable and the Travel is intermittent. You can use the Internet up to the EU data package of your subscription.

Outside the EU, prices are determined by usage and destination country. By subscribing to the DNA Reissudata additional service in the destination country, you avoid unexpected roaming charges and use the Internet without worry. The price of the service is €19.90/1 Gigabyte (VAT 0%) and the service is available for 14 days. When the package ends, you can order a new Reissudata package. Read more about DNA Travel Data here.

Does it cost to call abroad from Finland?

When calling abroad from Finland, the DNA International Call Price List applies to the call. You can familiarize yourself with the DNA International call price list and the instructions for subscribing abroad here.

What additional services are available to subscriptions?

We offer the following additional services to business phone subscriptions:

  • With the Multi-SIM additional service, you use your subscription on several devices at the same time. The service is also available for the Apple Watch smart watch.
  • The DNA Selausturva service protects customers from the most well-known harmful websites, phishing companies and malware. Browsing protection can be connected to both telephone and mobile broadband connections
  • With the DNA Travel Data additional service, the user can order a data package via text message for a company telephone connection when the user travels outside the EU.

In addition to additional services, we offer complementary solutions for company subscriptions, such as the cloud-based Switchboard for directing incoming calls to free people and managing status information, as well as DNA Company reports, which help you get a view of your company's customers, such as the use of subscriptions and costs.

How do I make a WiFi call?

To make WiFi calls, follow these steps:

  1. Activate the feature in your phone's settings.
  2. Connect your phone to a wireless WiFi network.
  3. Make a call normally. You'll know it's a WiFi call when a WiFi call icon appears on your phone, typically at the top of the screen. This icon's appearance may vary depending on your phone model.

Important considerations regarding WiFi calls:

  • At this time, emergency calls do not operate on WiFi networks. They will be automatically routed through the mobile network. Sending SMS and MMS messages varies by device. Some phones need mobile network coverage to send SMS and MMS.
  • WiFi calls require a phone subscription and compatible phone. All DNA Business Unlimited subscriptions and new phone models sold by DNA support WiFi calls.
  • WiFi calls on Apple devices are currently supported on DNA's network only for devices compatible with iOS 17.
  • Adjusting the phone settings may differ by model. Read your phone's manual for more detailed instructions.
