DNA Business is a free, easy-to-use mobile app for employees of DNA’s corporate customers, providing clear visibility of their own work subscriptions, devices and costs.

Employees can also place orders for devices and accessories directly through the app, streamlining the procurement process, reducing manual work and improving the employee experience.

DNA Business is especially useful when your company is using the DNA Cost Sharing service. Your employees can view their own bills for those services or devices that have been assigned for them to pay in the Cost Sharing service.

DNA Business app in a nutshell

In the app, your employees can:

  • View their own services and related details, and easily check information such as PUK and IMEI codes

  • Place orders for devices and accessories by themselves

  • See accumulated costs for the current billing period

  • Review invoices and their details (such as payment status and virtual barcode) for the past 12 months

  • View cost breakdowns, for example for domestic and international calls

  • Easily activate eSIMs for devices

  • Check usage data for data, calls and messages

  • Contact DNA’s business customer service

Company administrator:

  • Responsible for deploying the app
  • Manages app user rights and the services visible in the app
  • Handles and approves order requests in the YritysDNA self-service portal

The DNA Business mobile app is available to download from the iOS and Android app stores. The app works with DNA’s business subscriptions and is available in Finnish, English and Swedish.
