Your employee travels a lot within the EU and uses cloud services on her phone. Your company normally offers a 4G 300M subscription to your employees. However, this employee would like a higher quality and faster 5G 1000M subscription with significantly faster internet and a larger EU data package. She is willing to share the costs.
With the Cost Sharing service, your company can pay for the standard 4G subscription, leaving your employee to pay the difference between the 4G and 5G subscriptions. This way, the employee does not need to get their own subscription, and your company pays for the subscription as budgeted. Both parties are satisfied!
Your employee wants a 5G connection instead of the 4G
Your employee travels a lot in his free time. He takes a lot of pictures with a high-quality camera and edits and posts them for his own use on his computer. Your company's employees are typically offered a Mobile Broadband 4G connection. This employee would like a significantly more powerful 5G connection with larger EU data. He is willing to pay the difference himself.
With the Cost Sharing service, your company can pay the amount of a normal 4G subscription, leaving the employee to pay the difference between the 4G and 5G subscriptions. This way, the employee does not need to get their own subscription, and your company pays the budgeted amount. Both parties are satisfied!
Your employee wants an additional service for their subscription
Your employee wants a Multi-SIM service for their subscription. She would like to connect the subscription to her smartwatch.
Your company offers subscriptions to its employees, but the Multi-SIM service is not included in the services offered by your company. The employee is willing to pay for the additional service herself.
With the Cost Sharing service, the employee can pay the Multi-SIM service and your company pays for the employee's subscription as usual. This way, your employee is satisfied, and your company's costs do not increase!

With the Cost Sharing service, your company can select a fixed monthly cost limit, which allows the subscription costs of certain employees to be flexibly split between your company and the employees. This fixed monthly cost limit can be modified as needed.

- The costs associated with the services (monthly fees, usage-based and one-time fees) can be flexibly shared between the company and the employee
- Fixed monthly cost limit can be adjusted until the end of the ongoing billing period
- The service includes the possibility to make additional one-time charges, which can be used to bill the employee for costs from irregular personal use
- Your company can define the rules for sharing costs for individual employees
- You can manage costs and sharing through the YritysDNA self-service
- DNA offers a cost tracking report as a tool for easier cost sharing. It helps to track unbilled subscription usage and already billed costs. The report can be downloaded from the YritysDNA self-service.
