DNA Corporate Customer Login Has Been Renewed

We have gradually introduced a new, more secure login platform across all online services for our corporate customers. The new login platform has been available since spring 2025.

The previous login method has been available alongside the new one but its use will end on 21 May 2026. As an exception, the DNA Virtual PBX service will continue to support the old login method for the time being.

Going forward, online services such as the YritysDNA self-service portal can only be accessed via the new login platform. The new login always requires two-factor authentication (2FA). Usernames will remain unchanged.

Frequently asked questions

How will I log in going forward?

Corporate services (e.g. YritysDNA self-service):

  • You will always log in using your personal DNA Account and two-factor authentication.
  • The old login method will be discontinued on 21 May 2026.
  • Your username will remain unchanged.

Virtual PBX service:

  • You can continue to log in via the old login view using your current username and password.
  • The old login method will remain available for now.
  • If your username is linked to a personal email address or phone number, you can switch to the new login via the “Switch to the new login” option in the login view.
  • Once activated, the same login credentials can be used across the Virtual PBX service and other services such as YritysDNA.
  • Your username will remain unchanged
Does this change affect DNA Call or DNA Business apps, DNA Messaging service or the Softphone?

The login renewal does not affect:

  • DNA Call or DNA Business apps
  • DNA Messaging service
  • Softphone

You can continue using these services as before.

Does this change affect consumer services or the OmaDNA app?

No. This change does not apply to DNA’s consumer services, including the OmaDNA app.

If your company uses consumer services, they can still be managed in OmaDNA as before.

How do I enable the new login and two-factor authentication?

When signing in via the new login view for the first time, you must:

  • Create a new strong password
  • Enable two-factor authentication

To use two-factor authentication, your username must be linked to a valid email address or phone number for receiving verification codes.

Two-factor authentication is required at every login. Your username will remain unchanged.

How to activate the new login?
  1. Go to yritysdna.dna.fi
  2. Enter your email address and select Next
  3. Create a new strong password
  4. If this is your first login, accept the terms and conditions
  5. Choose your preferred authentication method (email or SMS)
  6. Enter the one-time verification code and select Confirm

You have now activated the new login and two-factor authentication.

For future logins:

  • Use the same authentication method, or
  • Add an additional method

We recommend enabling both email and phone number.

How do I add both email and phone number as authentication methods?

Managing authentication methods:

  1. Log in at yritysdna.dna.fi
  2. Enter your email address and select Next
  3. Enter your password
  4. Select Choose another authentication method to continue
  5. Complete authentication using your current method
  6. Add a new method by selecting the “+” icon (you can remove a method using the bin icon)
  7. When adding a new method, you must verify it via two-factor authentication
Why is two-factor authentication mandatory?

Two-factor authentication combined with a strong password provides a significantly more secure login method:

  • It reduces the risk of data breaches and unauthorised access
  • Strong passwords are more resistant to compromise

Together, these measures strengthen your organisation’s cybersecurity baseline.

Why are both old and new login methods available in the Virtual PBX service?

The new login requires two-factor authentication, which means that your username must be linked to a personal email address or phone number.

If this requirement is not met, the new login cannot yet be used. For this reason, both login methods are currently supported in the Virtual PBX service.

If your username includes a personal email address or phone number, you can switch to the new login.

If you have already enabled the new login in other DNA corporate services (such as YritysDNA), you can use it directly in the Switchboard Service. The same password applies across both services.

I am still using the old login in the Virtual PBX service — can I use the same password for YritysDNA?

From 21 May 2026, YritysDNA requires the new login method, including:

  • Two-factor authentication
  • A strong password

If you are still using the old login in the Virtual PBX service, the same password cannot be used for YritysDNA. You will need to log in to the services separately.

Why can’t I access YritysDNA directly from the Virtual PBX service anymore?

If you are using the old login method in the Virtual PBX service, you cannot directly access YritysDNA with the same login session.

YritysDNA requires the new login platform, which always includes two-factor authentication. Therefore, separate logins are required.
