Self-service

YritysDNA  is a self-service channel for all DNA's corporate customers. Also, you can access all your online services with one YritysDNA login.

DNA Wholesale Online is meant for operator customers to order and manage operator services. Logging in to DWO happens through YritysDNA. 

Managing users of either self-service channel is possible in YritysDNA.

The main user is the account admin and has administrator-level permissions. The main user can add new users and manage all user permissions. Adding and managing users is possible in the My company section in YritysDNA self-service.

All the YritysDNA users are authorised to contact DNA’s customer service and use other DNA’s online channels your company uses as well.

You can apply to create a self-service account from the page of the appropriate self-service.
