In YritysDNA, you can check the availability of services, make service requests, and view your company's services and invoices whenever it suits you best.
YritysDNA self-service is for all our corporate customers. There you can manage your customer account, create new users, view invoices and download invoice copies for free, as well as check the availability of fixed network services at your location. Additionally, you can log in to all online channels associated with your account using a single YritysDNA login.

What is YritysDNA for?
YritysDNA is the self-service channel for all DNA's corporate customers. DNA's Wholesale customers can check the availability and order fixed network services, make availability requests, manage self-service users, view invoices and services in use, and download invoice copies at any time for free.
How can I manage users?
The main user is the account admin and has administrator-level permissions. The main user can add new users and manage all user permissions. Adding and managing users is possible in the My company section in YritysDNA self-service.
All the YritysDNA users are authorised to contact DNA’s customer service and use other DNA’s online channels your company uses as well.
Where can I view my services?
You can view all your Wholesale services in the Services section from the Service list.
How can I get an YritysDNA account?
You can get an account by filling out a request form. You can access the form from this page by clicking Create an account button under the Logging in section.
Can I order services from YritysDNA?
You can check the availability of fixed network services for your location and place an order for the desired service in YritysDNA. If the service you want is not available, you can request an availability check.
Unfortunately, other Wholesale services cannot be ordered through the YritysDNA self-service, but must be ordered through DNA Wholesale experts.
In addition to ordering fixed network services, you can add users, view invoices and services in use, and download invoice copies for free in YritysDNA.
