Depending on the destination, a Travel Data package includes either 1 GB or 10 GB of data and is valid for 14 days. As part of Telenor, DNA can offer cost-effective Travel Data services across a wide range of countries. Travel Data packages can be conveniently ordered via text message.
You can also enable the Automatic Travel Data service for your company's mobile subscriptions. With this option, data packages are activated automatically when the user arrives in the destination country. Automatic Travel Data packages include 1 GB of data and can be activated through the YritysDNA self-service portal.

Travel Data
You can order DNA Travel Data via text message for the subscription in the destination country. Stay connected in countries covered by DNA Travel Data for 19.90 € per 1 GB (1,000 MB), excluding VAT.
In the United Kingdom, the United States, Turkey, Switzerland and Thailand, a 10 GB DNA Travel Data package is available for the same price.
Once the package has been used up, the subscription user can order a new DNA Travel Data package.
Automatic Travel Data
Your company can choose the Automatic Travel Data service, which automatically activates a data package for the subscription when roaming data usage begins in countries where the Travel Data service is available.
An Automatic Travel Data package is available for 19.90 € (excluding VAT) and includes 1 GB (1,000 MB) of data.
The service can be easily activated through the YritysDNA self-service portal.

What is DNA Travel Data?
DNA Travel Data is an add-on service that can be ordered for your existing DNA mobile subscription when travelling outside the EU. A single data package costs 19.90 € (excluding VAT) and includes either 1 GB or 10 GB of data, depending on the destination country. The package is valid for 14 days from the time of purchase. The order is simultaneously valid in all countries where DNA Travel Data is available.
If Automatic Travel Data is enabled, a data package is activated automatically for the subscription when data usage begins in a country where the DNA Travel Data service is available. Automatic Travel Data packages include 1 GB (1,000 MB) of data.
By default, three Travel Data packages are available during the billing period. In Travel Data ordered by text message, the maximum number of data packages is defined company-specifically between 1 and 10 pcs per billing period. In automatic Travel Data, the definition can be made subscription-specifically between 1 and 50 pcs per billing period.
How do I start using DNA Travel Data?
If Automatic Travel Data has been connected to the company subscription, data packages are automatically activated for the subscription user upon arrival in a country where the Travel Data service is available. When Automatic Travel Data is connected, you will receive a separate text message. You will receive a text message for each activated Travel Data package and when the maximum number of data packages has been used. Automatic Travel Data can be activated through the YritysDNA self-service portal.
If the subscription has permission to order Travel Data, the user will receive a text message about the availability of DNA Travel Data upon arrival in a country where the service is available.
If you want to order a data package, proceed as follows:
- Text REISSU or REISSU10* to 15510. The price of one data package is 19.90 € (excluding VAT).
- You will receive a confirmation message when DNA Travel Data has been activated for your subscription.
- You can now use the internet worry-free at a fixed price of 19.90 €, even in all DNA Travel Data countries with the same order. You will receive a new message when 80% and 100% of the data package has been used.
- You can order a new package if your current package is running out. Send REISSU or REISSU10* to 15510. Price: 19.90 € (excluding VAT).
The code "REISSU10" is available only in the United Kingdom, the United States, Turkey, Switzerland and Thailand, where the Travel Data package includes 10 GB of data. The package price is 19.90 € (excluding VAT).
Please note that if you change the subscription type during the package validity period, the validity of DNA Travel Data will end.

How much data is included in Travel Data?
The amount of data included in a Travel Data package depends on the destination country.
In the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey and Thailand, a Travel Data package includes 10 GB of data. In all other Travel Data countries, the package includes 1 GB of data.
Both packages cost 19.90 € (excluding VAT) and are valid for 14 days.
How long does a DNA Travel Data package (1 GB) last?
The DNA Travel Data data package is valid for 14 days from the order or until 1 GB is used up. With it, you can carefreely download a few hundred holiday photos and send thousands of WhatsApp messages. For light Internet usage, such as reading news, 1 GB (1000 Megabytes) lasts several hours.
