DNA as company

The cornerstones of DNA's operations are cost-effectiveness, leanness, agility and innovation.

At DNA, the customer comes first; we place special emphasis on customer experience. We offer diverse telecommunication services to consumers, facilitating communication, security and entertainment. For companies we provide easily deployable and secure high-quality communications and network services. We aim to help our customers boost their productivity and succeed with ICT services. In 2015, DNA recorded a turnover of EUR 828.8 million and an operating profit of EUR 73.1 million. DNA Ltd has more than 3.7 million mobile communications and fixed network customer subscriptions. 

We make continuous investments in high-speed mobile networks and fixed-network broadband to support the customers’ growing use of subscriptions, devices and Web services – and to support an excellent customer experience. We made significant investments in 4G technology in our mobile communications networks in 2015. At the end of 2015, our 4G network reached as much as 93 per cent of the population and the 3G network 99 per cent. At the end of 2016 our 4G network coverage is estimated to be over 99 per cent.

We are also Finland's largest cable operator and the leading pay TV provider in both the cable and terrestrial networks. DNA’s terrestrial TV network covers some 85 per cent of households in Finland. Some 600,000 households are connected to DNA’s cable network and the company boasts the widest selection of channels in Finland.


DNA Store

DNA Store, with a total of 73 outlets, is Finland's largest retail chain selling mobile phones.

DNA Welho Oy

DNA combined the television and fixed-network broadband business operations of PlusTV and DNA Welho into a single company.
