Renewed and simplified DNA invoicing
The following reforms will facilitate the checking of DNA mobile invoices: henceforth, the minimum invoicing limit will be increased to EUR 19, and monthly fees will be charged for the same period as calls.
Minimum invoicing limit EUR 19
As of January 2009, DNA will not send separate invoices for an amount less than EUR 19 (incl. VAT 23%). If the sum on the invoice is below EUR 19, the charges will be transferred to next month's invoice. This reform applies to both printed and electronic invoices.
An invoice that does not exceed the minimum invoicing limit will not generate interest for the time used to fill the invoicing limit. However, in order to maintain regular invoicing, we will send an invoice once every three months, even if the amount is less than EUR 19.
Monthly and call charges for the same period
In the future, the monthly charges for your subscription and its additional services will be invoiced for the same period as your subscription's call charges. For example, if your calls are invoiced from the 15th of the month to the 14th of the following month, your monthly fee will be charged for the same period. Hitherto, monthly fees have been invoiced one calendar month at a time, regardless of the invoicing period of the calls.
The reform will be implemented with a transition phase, due to which your subscription's February-March invoice will include a charge for the monthly fee up to the date of its usage charge. On the following invoice, the monthly fees will be charged according to the new practice. Depending on the due date of your subscription's invoice, the transition phase will occur either in February or March. If your subscription's calls are charged per calendar month, the reform will have no impact on your invoicing.
New pricelist for the DNA 118 directory assistance service
As of July 1st, 2010, the charge for calls to DNA's 118 service will be compiled as follows: on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., the charge is EUR 1,0/call + EUR 0,20 €/10 seconds + local mobile phone call rate. At other times, the price for a call is compiled as follows: EUR 1,0/call + EUR 0,27/10 seconds + local mobile phone call rate.
The combined charge for connecting a call and sending the requested number as an SMS is EUR 0,50. The charge for only connecting a call or only sending the number by SMS is EUR 0,50 per connection or sent SMS. On a case-by-case basis and in addition to the mobile phone rate charged for a connected call, either a call charge or a corporate or service number rate will be charged. All prices are inclusive of VAT 23%.
