DNA – number one mobile phone operator in Finland
An international study published recently indicates that DNA’s private and corporate customers are the most satisfied mobile communication customers in Finland. According to the European Performance Satisfaction Index study (EPSI), which measures customer satisfaction and loyalty among operators’ customers, it is the quality of DNA’s customer service that customers value in particular.
Compared to other operators, DNA scored top points in customer loyalty and image, and in its ratings by business customers.
The study analysed the customer satisfaction and loyalty of mobile services and broadband operators. Company image, quality of products and services and the perceived price/quality ratio were also measured. DNA took the lead in the study due to notably better customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The EPSI Rating study interviewed 4,000 persons in Finland.
