The Extraordinary General Meeting of DNA Ltd held on 30 June 2010 decided to approve the Board’s proposal of appointing two new members, Anu Nissinen and David Nuutinen, to the Board of Directors of DNA.
Anu Nissinen, MSc (Econ.), 47, is CEO of Sanoma Entertainment Oy and a member of the Executive Management Group of the Sanoma Group. David Nuutinen, MBA, 51, is CEO and member of the Board of Management of Leaf Finland Ltd.
As of the same date, current Board member Esa Haavisto will retire from the Board. At the same time, Jarmo Leino, Chairman of the Board of DNA’s largest shareholder, Finda Ltd, will take over as Chairman of the Board.
