DNA has made a contract with Wireless Maingate, to supply telecommunication services for electricity meters.
DNA has made a contract with Wireless Maingate to supply a real-time, intelligent, wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) telecommunications solution. A total of 550,000 of Finnish private and small-business cus-tomers will obtain new intelligent electricity meters from which reading data will be collected automatically.

Wireless Maingate’s solution is part of that which Telvent supplies to Fortum. It will revamp the monitoring of Fortum’s electricity distribution network and the management of customer relationships.
