DNA will set up a new call centre in Mikkeli, offering approximately 40 new positions. The Mikkeli call centre will begin its operations in August, focusing on managing DNA customers’ orders and other subscription contract matters and on sales of DNA services.
New employees are needed as DNA’s customer numbers continue to grow and the company wants to maintain its high service quality.
– In various surveys, our customers have expressed their satisfaction with DNA’s service. We definitely want to fulfil their expectations also in the future, and setting up the Mikkeli call centre and employing more staff in our existing call centres is one way to maintain and further improve the quality of customer contacts, says Sami Aavikko, Managing Director of DNA Store.
DNA has ranked as the industry leader in several independent customer satisfaction surveys. For example, an international study published in autumn 2009 indicates that DNA’s private and corporate customers are the most satisfied mobile communication customers in Finland. According to the European Performance Satisfaction Index study (EPSI), which measures customer satisfaction and loyalty among operators’ customers, it is the quality of DNA’s customer service that customers value in particular.
DNA’s newest call centre will be in Mikkeli because, as a dynamic growth centre, it provides excellent resources ready for potential needs for staff increases in the future. The measures preceding the launch of the call centre were completed within a short time span.

DNA already has similar call centres in Oulu, Kuopio, Tampere, Jyväskylä, and Rovaniemi. In all, they employ more than 200 customer service and sales professionals. The company will continue the active expansion of its call centre network, since its continuously growing customer base requires more personnel for sales and for subscription-related customer service.
