Lilli’s Digital Caretaker and support services will be available to customers who purchase a new terminal from DNA Kauppa. DNA Kauppa is a nationwide chain offering mobile phones, accessories and DNA operator products.
DNA Ltd. and Lilli Group Ltd. today launched a half-year pilot project, the purpose of which is to expand DNA’s customer service while meeting customer needs faster. - This enables the customer to obtain a terminal device, subscription and, if required, now also an installation service from our one-stop shop, says Sami Aavikko, managing director of DNA Kauppa.
Lilli’s installation service, the Digital Caretaker, is designed for customers who do not want, or know how, to install a service or device themselves. Support services are available for situations in which the customer’s terminal malfunctions or he or she needs help in using the device.
- DNA joined forces with Lilli because its services complement DNA's own Customer Service. If required, our Customer Service can forward the customer to Lilli’s Customer Service, which provides help by phone in cases such as the installation of a wireless modem. An installation and usage guidance session for an ADSL modem at the customer’s home can also be booked, Aavikko explains.
- DNA is also developing its operations in co-operation with its partners. New operating methods provide opportunities for growth and development, Aavikko continues.

A house call by the Digital Caretaker costs between EUR 79 and 99, while telephone assistance costs EUR 49. A Digital Caretaker house call qualifies for the tax reduction for household services. The most common devices will be covered by the pilot phase. Further information: www.lilli.fi/dna.
