DNA concludes cooperation negotiations

Press Release 7 June 2012

DNA Ltd is renewing its business structure in order to develop its operations. Following corporate restructuring, DNA has concluded the cooperation negotiations initiated in April.

The goal of the restructuring process was to streamline the entire organization into a clearer, more fluent whole to both improve operational efficiency and sharpen its competitive edge. DNA’s matrix organization is being dismantled in this organizational renewal process, to be replaced by Consumer, Corporate and Technical units.

The restructuring process was originally anticipated in the spring to lead to a reduction of approximately 150 employees at maximum. As result of this restructuring, 57 DNA employees will be made redundant. After the process, DNA will continue operating in all of its current locations. Following the cooperation negotiations, DNA will employ a total of 900 people.
