Name of the Register
Customer Register (containing customers' invoicing and customer details).
Purpose of Use
The purpose of the data is to use it in the management and maintenance of customer relationships between DNA Ltd and its subsidiaries (hereinafter "DNA") and customers, and the development of the service provided. Personal data is used in advertising, marketing and direct marketing between DNA and its customers, within the limits of the legislation in force, provided that the customer has agreed to the above purpose of use in the subscription contract. Customer calls to the Customer Service may be recorded, and other communications, such as emails and text messages, stored. Recorded or otherwise stored communications can be used to verify customer service transactions and to train customer service staff. Stored data is destroyed after it has been used for training purposes. The processing of stored communications is permitted only to persons designated for the processing of customer data.
Due to the technical arrangements required for data processing, DNA's contractors may hold part of the data, or data may be processed otherwise via a technical connection. DNA may allow its contractors to process data. Data can be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. If this is the case, DNA will continue to maintain the appropriate level of data protection in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Confidentiality of the Customer Register
DNA can disclose data within the limits permitted and required under the applicable legislation. The customer name, address and telephone number will be listed in the telephone directory, unless the customer has indicated that the entry should be excluded.
All DNA staff and persons representing DNA are required to maintain confidentiality regarding all customer data.
Upon the termination of the customer relationship, customer data will be deleted from the register as soon as it is no longer required for processing, but no later than by the final date prescribed under the legislation.
